A private half-day retreat is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. With activities focused on mind, body and soul, this self-care day is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and recharged. The day starts with a conscious walk or hike in nature. Depending on your wishes the retreat can take place at your holiday home and/or in nature. As we mindfully walk around a unique spot on the island, you will be encouraged to take in the beauty of your surroundings and be present in the moment. This silent walk is a reminder to slow down and ground yourself, so you will be able to live in the present moment. In the gentle Hatha yoga session, we focus on stretching, strengthening, stimulating and balancing the body, while also calming the mind with a meditation that focuses on forgiveness, gratitude, and healing. And using breathing techniques, you can completely relax and release tension and stress. As the mind becomes calm and centred, the body follows suit, creating a deeper connection with yourself. Followed by the integration part, the soothing sounds of singing bowls will fill the room, creating a peaceful and meditative atmosphere. As you are guided into a deep state of meditation, you are able to release any obstacles that no longer serve you; mentally, physically and emotionally. With the combination of Yoga Nidra and the power of singing bowls, you are able to enter a state of awareness between waking and sleeping. Through this practice, you can experience a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace, so the retreat will end for you with a sense of calm and clarity. And of course, we provide a healthy snack and tea to nourish your body, so that you are ready to face the world with renewed energy and perspectives.Includes
