Pilates is the ideal exercise for keeping you fit while at the same time teaching you the correct way to use your muscles for posture and stability, all the while strengthening weak muscles, lengthening shorter muscles and even improving joint flexibility all in fluid movements.
Caroline began her training in Berlin in 2005 and has been an avid practitioner of Peak Pilates ever since and is thrilled to be a part of one of the most prestigious Pilates training methods in the world. As well as becoming a fully trained teacher, Caroline has also attended many workshops including a Medical Acupressure course and Pilates for the blind.
Practising in Ibiza since 2009, Caroline now teaches at the Pink Elephant Studio at the Galería Elefante Concept Store on the road to Santa Gertrudis. Join one of her group classes here, the first of which is FREE! Drop in classes are 15€ per class or 10€ if you pay for 10 classes in advance. One on one classes are also available in the privacy of your own home for 70€.
