Please note that the bicycle deposit is not included and must be paid directly at the rental location upon collection. It is 100% refundable, provided the bicycle is returned in the same condition as received.

- If you prefer not to purchase access to a VIP sunbed, you are welcome to relax on the complimentary beanbags available throughout the boat during the entire journey.
- The tour includes water sports and biking, so be prepared for physical activities
*Weather conditions may impact water activities, paddleboarding, or bike routes; however, the captain and guide will always prioritize guest safety. Please note that none of these circumstances qualify for refunds or compensation.*
* In the event of cancellation of the complete tour including boat and bike excursion due to weather or force majeure, full reimbursement of the tour value applies.
In the event that the bike tour cannot take place due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, a partial refund corresponding to the bike tour component will be provided.
