Sa Cova Winery

The Sa Cova Bodega was one of the first on the island of Ibiza. It is situated just up behind the tiny town of San Mateo, in a sheltered valley in the Es Amunts area. It´s run by the Boned family who have been mastering the fine art of wine making since well before their first wine was launched on the market in 1993. They have since perfected the fresh and appealing young wines as well as crianza wines matured in French & American oak barrels. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or not, a guided tour around this beautiful vineyard is a great way to pass the time and even learn a thing or two!
