Donnegans

Donnegans in San Antonio Bay is no exception, benefitting not only from its location in this tourist-filled resort but also from its lively authentic-looking venue. The large terrace out front is the obvious exception to the Irish theme, but this is Ibiza after all!

In typical fashion, Donnegans attracts crowds of folk day and night for food, drink, music and socialising. If nothing else, you are assured of a friendly welcome and an entertaining time here. For a break from the heat of the sun, this pub provides a great environment for watching sport on the big screen. With major sporting events and GAA games shown live, you can keep track of your favourite teams from back home. Later in the evening, the bar fills with tourists from the nearby hotels, which is when the atmosphere of Donnegans really comes to life. Entertainment often comes in the form of live bands which invariably gets the place rocking.

For good, traditional pub grub, there are not many places in San Antonio Bay that could rival Donnegans for value for money. The menu includes all the old favourites such as Steak and Ale Pie, Fish and Chips and Roast Chicken with a selection of various sauces. The portions are extremely generous, especially the Big D Burger which is the most impressive of its kind in the Bay. A real treat however (and a masterful hangover cure) is the Full Irish Breakfast served with a cool pint of Guinness!
