Blue Marlin

Located on Cala Jondal beach, at the heart of the island’s southern coast, this beach bar-cum-restaurant provides a pure luxury setting to enjoy the extravagant cocktails or the healthy cuisine.

Lavish loungers scatter the sun drenched terrace, offering revellers the opportunity to lie back and relax amid the sound of the resident DJ’s chilled out beats. In true keeping with Blue Marlin’s opulent décor, black sails are stretched out between the overhanging trees as a means of providing shade for those who are wishing to escape the midday heat.

When the sun goes down, the music is turned up, with the bar attracting a similarly stylish contingent as is witnessed throughout the day. Tunes are played long into the night, giving revellers the opportunity to sip cocktails and dance amongst the stars. Something particularly impressive are the ‘Sunday sessions’, where live performances from the talented Paco Fernandez amongst others, attract some of the island’s most famous faces to this luxurious hangout. It is worth noting that the extravagant drinks menu is by no means cheap, however this doesn’t seem to deter Blue Marlin’s long standing admirers.

Open daily from 10:00 – 06:00. The restaurant is open from 12:30 – 19:00 for lunch and from 20:30 – 00:30 for dinner. Reservations are advisable.
