Bar M

Owned by club promoters Manumission, this bar, situated just off the beach at San Antonio, benefits from some of the best publicity on Ibiza. Bar M was the original host of the Ibiza Rocks gigs, featuring bands such as Arctic Monkeys and Kasabian, which is now a permanent feature of the summer at new venue, Ibiza Rocks Hotel. However it still holds strong ties with the company, hosting the Ibiza Rocks Diner and a small merchandise outlet.

Despite the loss of Ibiza Rocks due to problems with licensing, Bar M has continued at the forefront of pre-club entertainment, and is sure to come up with new ways of filling its terrace with punters. The pick of its pre-parties include Cream and Judgement Sundays (which features a live set from Judge Jules). On Tuesdays Bar M is the pre-party venue for Reclaim the Dancefloor (the official Ibiza Rocks after-party) and has seen DJ sets from Pendulum and Zane Lowe. It is always an enjoyable evening in here, and when the time comes to move on to a later venue, Eden and Es Paradis are just a short hop across the road.
