Envy is led by South African born chef, Chantal Azevedo. Chantal lived in London for 14 years, working for some of the capital city's hottest restaurants prior to starting her own African art gallery and coffee shop in 2003.
Her move to Ibiza in August 2009 brought with it a wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism, from catering for large functions with hundreds of guests in remote outdoor locations to the glitzy artists showings in her London Gallery.
