Overlooking the Ses Figueretes seafront promenade in the heart of Ibiza Town, it offers a view that few places on the island can offer: the sea in front, the silhouette of Dalt Vila, the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, which lights up at sunset, and the island of Formentera on the horizon.
This experience is a full three-course Mediterranean dinner, served at a table with a view, designed to let you experience the authentic flavor of Ibiza without rushing.
Your gastronomic itinerary
Arrival and welcome — You take a seat at the table with a sea view. Start with fresh bread, homemade aioli, and Spanish olives.
The main course — Mixed meat and seafood paella, prepared according to tradition, or a vegetarian version on request. The signature dish of Spanish cuisine, served at the table.
Drinks — Accompany your dinner with a carafe of water or sangria, white or red, included in the menu.
The sweet finale — Finish with a coffee or a shot of local liqueur, the Ibizan way to round off a dinner.
Mediterranean and Italian cuisine with a special focus on rice dishes and local specialties, fresh ingredients and attentive service. The menu is customizable: the vegetarian option is available on request, and please advise of any allergies or special dietary needs when booking.
