Begin with a guided wellness session (choose from Pilates, Barre Fit, Mobility Flow, or Stretching) to gently awaken the body and connect with your energy. In the second part, dive into the dance style of your choice, from Heels, Jazz, and Contemporary to Feminine Flow or Latin Vibes, and create a choreography together in a supportive, light-hearted atmosphere.
This experience is completely private and tailored to your group, ideal for birthdays, bachelorette parties, girls' getaways, or simply a soulful moment shared among friends.
