A name truly fitting of the location, Café Sunset Ashram is blessed with a sunset that equals any other on the island. But as should be the case with any restaurant, it’s not the location, nor is it the ambience of a restaurant that is of most importance, it’s the cuisine. A fusion of locally reared meats and fresh Indian spice, leads to some highly impressive creations. A varied selection of generous and flavoursome dishes are a must for anyone with at least half an interest in sampling slightly unique styles of cuisine.
Resident DJs and occasional live music performances add to the relaxing ambience of the restaurant, so whether it be to sit back and enjoy a refreshing cocktail, sample the culinary delights or simply come to absorb the sunset, Café Sunset Ashram fails to disappoint. Throughout the summer months it is strongly advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
