Can Sulayetas

Driving down back roads and dirt tracks, admiring the Ibiza countryside and then out of the blue appears this lovely little bar/restaurant, right in the middle of no where! Can Sulayetas has been frequented by farmers, workers, locals and foreigners alike, for many years and with good reason too. It is wonderfully peaceful and the laid back Ibiza feeling is everywhere. Watch the sheep grazing in the field while eating a deliciously succulent home made hamburger or join the Can Sulayetas team on a Tuesday for a feast of freshly caught sardines. Pencil this place in for a visit next time you are exploring the North of the island.
