On Wednesdays it is always fun to take the 15 min. stroll along the road to the well known Hippy Market at Punta Arabi.,There are three swimming pools, one specially for young children which is limited in depth. There are also two larger pools. The pool at the rear of the hotel has facilities to assist disabled people. The hotel operates a Club for Children. The main purpose of this is to give the Parents time and opportunity to relax. Some of the activities also involve the parents so you can have the best of both worlds! The Restaurant provides a full English Breakfast or a 'Continental style' should you feel the need to try a less filling way of starting the day. The Evening meal is a buffet based selection, wine is available to complement the cuisine. The Bar lounge has an extensive selection of local and imported drinks. Bar snack meals are available at lunchtime and in the evening. Ramps are provided throughout the Hotel to assist wheelchair access. As mentioned the rear pool has large shallow steps and handrails to assist the disabled who wish to use it. A washing machine is available for a small charge. The hotel has a lift serving all three floors.,The drive from the airport takes about 40 minutes.,The family owned Hotel Anfora Playa has been a firm favorite with British holidaymakers for many years. This hotel is the perfect choice for a great family holiday. Meals are buffet style and you can choose to take the B&B option, or half board.
